The Duncan Brothers have been building and racing Polaris snowmobiles for nearly 30 years. We know these better than any other sleds.

We can rebuild your Polaris snowmobile engine through our rebuilt snowmobile engine exchange program.

You simply ship us your engine through UPS or FedEx and we will ship you a motor in exchange or rebuild your old Polaris Engine and send it back to you.

How Long Does it Take

If we have your Polaris engine in stock we can typically get it to you before you have removed your stock motor. If we need to rebuild your motor and send it back to you we have a 4 day turn around time. That means that you can ship us your motor and receive the same one back in about 2 weeks.

Which Polaris Snowmobile Engines are Available?

While we can rebuild just about any Polaris snowmobile engine, the following motors are currently available:

  • 2008 700cc Dragon – Cost – $2950.00 (includes $800 refundable core)

  • 2008 – 09, 800cc Dragon – Cost – $2950.00 (includes $800 refundable core)

All rebuilt Polaris snowmobile engines require a core. Contact us for the core charge on each motor.

What Components Do You Use?

For standard rebuild we use Wiseco components. However, we can also do custom builds to your specifications.

How Much is a Rebuilt Polaris Snowmobile Engine?

Every model of Polaris snowmobile engine differs in cost. If you don't see one of our motors listed as available,  contact us for a quote on your engine. We guarantee you won't find a better deal!

Rebuilt Polaris Warranty Information

All Polaris Dragon motors carry a 12 month warranty. All other motors carry a 30 day warranty. The warranty begins from the day that the motor is shipped to you. The warranty does not cover installation or operating errors.
